In this webinar, host Sophie Sulehria is joined by our in-house Clinical Psychologist Dr Sarah Jane Knight, and Dr Faith Orchard - a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sussex. The group discuss the relationship between sleep quality and its contributions to poor mental health in teenagers.

Sarah-Jane Knight
Dr
Dr Sarah-Jane Knight is our in-house clinical psychologist, expert and host. She has worked in outpatient and inpatient services within the NHS and CAMHS for many years and has gone on to establish Commune Psychology with a focus on helping adolescents suffering with their mental health.
Faith Orchard
Dr
Dr Faith Orchard, is a Research Psychologist and Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Sussex with a special interest in developing our understanding of factors involved in adolescent depression, including negative thinking patterns and sleep disturbances. Faith is also a co-author of the recent paper ‘Sleep’s role in the development and resolution of adolescent depression’.
