Joshua Harwood
Dr
Dr Joshua Harwood is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with children, young people and families. He is the clinical director of Harwood Child Psychology who specialise in neurodevelopmental assessments such as autism spectrum conditions, ADHD and learning difficulties. Josh also works for the NHS as a lead clinical psychologist and course lead on a nationwide autism project, training NHS staff across the UK how to work more effectively with young people with autism. Josh worked for a number of years at the Centre for Parent and Child Support, a national and specialist CAMHS service in the Helping Families Team, which provided 1:1, home-based psychological treatment for parents and children with severe and complex mental health needs.
Sarah-Jane Knight
Dr
Dr Sarah-Jane Knight is our in-house clinical psychologist, expert and host. She has worked in outpatient and inpatient services within the NHS and CAMHS for many years and has gone on to establish Commune Psychology with a focus on helping adolescents suffering with their mental health.

Sophie is one of our resident hosts on "Let's all Talk Mental Health" and brings with her a wealth of experience as a BBC journalist working across TV, radio and media.
