By this point in September, most teens have just returned to school. While some will settle quickly, for others, the adjustment can feel daunting. Whether they’re adjusting to new routines, friendships, or academic expectations, this time of year can bring a mix of both excitement and anxiety.
In this session, we’ll talk about practical ways to support teens as they ease back into school life. From setting up healthy routines and managing homework, to helping them strike the right balance between independence and structure.
We’ll also look at when and how to check in with them, ways to keep the lines of communication open, and how to recognise the signs that a teen might be unsettled or struggling beneath the surface.
This is an ideal for any parent or carer looking to start the new term feeling more confident, calm, and connected.
