In this session, we’ll talk about practical ways to support teens as they ease back into school life. From setting up healthy routines and managing homework, to helping them strike the right balance between independence and structure.

We’ll also look at when and how to check in with them, ways to keep the lines of communication open, and how to recognise the signs that a teen might be unsettled or struggling beneath the surface.
