In this session we will talk about the most common eating issues in adolescence, what to look out for, and how parents can offer support. We’ll discuss how social pressures and teen perceptions of what’s ‘acceptable’ can shape body image and eating habits. The session will also cover when and how to seek further help if you’re concerned about your young one.
