Let's All Talk Mental Health
01:03:03
This session discusses why anxiety is affecting teens today — from the increasing academic pressures of January and self-image struggles to the pervasive impact of social media. We’ll look at how to recognise when typical teenage stress may be shifting into anxiety that affects everyday life, and discuss practical ways for parents to offer support, striking a balance between encouragement and realistic expectations. We’ll also address how anxiety links to low mood and sleep issues, guiding you on which areas to prioritise in helping your teen through these challenges.
