Corinne Thompson
Chief Executive Officer @ Ecap Financial
Corinne provides fractional CFO services to companies, focusing on M&A and fundraising, alongside financial due diligence (FDD) services to funds across the UK and Europe. Having spent the last 10 years in the technology space and raising >$300mill in equity finance, Corinne marries the commercial finance work with her accounting background from KPMG.
Since leaving her last role in March 2023, Corinne has worked with over 10 different companies, raising equity financing, convertible notes and venture debt facilities. On the FDD work, Corinne works with some of the best in class and well known funds, including government funds.
