Skylar is an experienced consultant & executive coach and customer advocate. Skylar comes with a diverse background in business, consulting, and law.

Prior to joining TMA Performance, he worked in tech as Corporate Compliance Counsel at OnRamp Systems, a Silicon Valley startup. It was there he decided to focus on Leadership Development & Consulting leading him to go back and get his MBA, emphasizing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. After which he spent time at PwC & Proctor & Gamble in Consulting & HR roles.

Skylar holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law & an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University. His studies emphasized in Leadership Development, Org. Behavior, Negotiations, & Strategic HR.

Kaley has been with TMA Performance for nearly 5 years. She is a Client Success Manager with a background in marketing and project managment. She thrives on creating meaningful experiences—whether it’s building lasting client relationships or orchestrating events that bring brands and people together.

Her path has included hands-on roles in marketing, HR, and leadership, giving her a unique edge when it comes to connecting with diverse audiences, solving problems creatively, and leading with empathy. Her love for working cross-functionally, managing complex projects, and turning ideas into high-impact experiences makes her an excellent CSM.
