In this session, we’ll debunk common myths about diabetes and explore simple, practical lifestyle changes that can help reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. You’ll leave with actionable knowledge and supportive strategies to take control of your health.The masterclass will be led by our Lead Nutritionist, Alja, who brings extensive experience from her years working within the NHS community, including supporting individuals with pre-diabetes and other chronic conditions.
