Social Anxiety is one of the most most common mental health disorders among teens. It tends to affect their everyday activities, self confidence, self-esteem, relationships and school/college life. Dr Sarah-Jane will talk about what to look out for, what might be reasonable social anxiety, to being ruled by social anxiety. She will also discuss how you might challenge some of this behaviour, and how to support you team without enabling their anxiety.
