She has implemented a robust daily points system in Sisu which weights the daily activities of her team and displays it on contest leaderboards in the system. She's in the middle of implementing a "March Madness" multi-team challenge right now and we'll be jumping in the weeds on the systems, strategies, and implementation of challenges that work.
